Jalapeno Bean Dip
1 Tbsp. Salad Oil
15-oz. can of Refried Beans + small amout of water
1 Tbsp. diced Onions
Salt to taste
pinch of Garlic Salt
1/2 cup of shredded Cheese
2 minced Jalapeno Chiles
In a sauce pan, heat oil, add beans, mix with a little water. Stir in onions, salt, garlic salt. Add cheese, allow to melt. Sprinkle with chiles. Heat until beans are slightly thickened. Place in dip bowl, serve with tortilla chips.
