Chili Rellenos Casserole
8 oz. cheddar cheese
8 oz. Monterey jack cheese
1 large can whole green chiles
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 can green chili sauce
Rinse and dry chilies in a large casserole dish layer chili,
cheese, chili, cheese, chili, cheese. Whisk eggs and milk together, pour
over chili and cheese. Jiggle dish to get egg mixture throughout. Pour
can of green chili sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
